How do we know this was actually them? I can make a gmail with a name Joe Blow and make a review? Might just be a bored loser trying to start a dealership war.
You’d think an automaker in cost-cutting mode who is looking to cull bad dealers would be interested to know about this?
This happens more often the most people probably think. We have the same issues with competing IT firms.
We even had one guy from another managed services company call up our clients claiming he was a 3rd party contractor helping us out because so many of our employees are out with Covid and they should just contact him for assistance. Owner still denies it happened.

I have talked to no less than 30 GM's in the past 2 months. This IS the high road for some of them.
I wouldn't mind seeing those with reservations at Metro Ford in Madison switch elsewhere. And let them know why. If this is indicative of their antics, I would choose not to conduct business with them. c'mon Wisconsin!
That's a damn shame that any dealer would attempt to tarnish another dealers reputation. I doubt ford would be happy about those reviews either. But like Zach says, it's better to take the high road. In the end, @Granger Ford will come out miles ahead. The bad guys might win a battle or two, but the good guys always win the war!
This is absurd. Shame on those dealerships AND the people doing it

I'm with this person. I would be willing to wait for my bronco and buy from Granger only if I didn't live so far away . I'm with the people that say almost all dealership SUCK !

As a community, let's do the right thing here. Albert asked for reviews only from those who had done business with them. Let's honor that.
Also, let's be better than these childish individuals at the other dealership. There is a flag option next to each of these comments and you can report for a "Conflict of Interest."
If even a fraction of our community takes a few seconds to flag each of these posts they should be removed.
That being said, I will for sure leave a great review for Albert and Granger while sitting in the driver seat of my nice new Bronco once it delivers.
