I can confirm that in order to remove the letters, you have to drill them out which will render them useless. I added the lighted Oracle Bronco letters to our grill and there would be no way to reuse them after removal.

Have you looked at Tuff Skinz? They make something that slides over the existing letters and is a small investment so low risk. Might be worth a try.
Have you used Tufskinz? I want to make the letter Ford blue but the company offers several shades of blue. And each computer video card/monitor seems to have their own idea of colors.
I wonder if I can get the hex code for it. I did get a can of Rusoleum, I'll check to see if maybe the can is marked

Was there a company the made a long insert for the center section if one wanted to delete the letters. I though I saw one in white before but can't find it in any search engine.

I think it went with the IAG heritage knock off to cover the two extra letters on the ends.

I have searched the above terms, but I can't find the answer.

I have seen a Video of removing the Bronco lettering to paint them. I thought I saw it on this forum, but now I am not sure.

Can anybody point this old guy in the correct direction.

Thanks
Mike
Maybe you’re remembering @BudgetBronco’s video where he removed the letters and painted the letters and the grille separately, then reattaching the letters with JB Weld epoxy.

or you can reattach the letters with small screws as show in the video in @BigHoof’s post.
