Yes, that's correct. But it's only 51% or greater business usage to qualify.

FYI, at 6000+ lbs, if you are using it for work/business, you can depreciate/write off the entire purchase price of the vehicle in the first year under current IRS regulations.
I saw that!!! I did that with my Honda Pilot 4WD a few years back and may just do the same with our OBX trim when delivered (assuming it has 6,000lb min GVW). I will also be keeping it a minimum of 5 years which I believe the IRS also requires.
