I just got the FedEx notification last night that mine has shipped, but they are sending it to the wrong address!

I moved back in January and updated my address on Ford's site many months ago, yet somehow ford sent the distributor the my old address. They sent the poster and sticker gift to the new address so I don't know why this has happened. Trying to get this fixed because I really want my hammock! The company they are coming from is called TEN10.

I got mine today...I actually didn't think I would get one, since I'm not in any of the groups on the Ford chart for customer satisfaction actions that I've seen....but I will say, the hammock is a really cool gesture, and for someone who loves sleeping in a hammock (a habit I picked up while working with Thai Marines), I love it, I'm hanging in there.... Thanks @Ford Motor Company !

I think you can go into your account and ask for a hold and go pick it up yourself, might be able to change address too, don't know but you can check.
