What was your blend date? Maybe a bad week? Mine did the same thing at 1200 miles in Moab when it was in the upper 80s outside.

Have had it less then a week.

Wow, just wow. I see my wife’s bronco headliner is starting to let loose. I’m just going to pull it down and reapply with some 3M spray trim adhesive and see how that works on the offending panel.

When I take it in for warranty work going to request they send to a upholstery shop to repair it.

Oof. I predicted this when I saw it was just glued to a plastic roof that will get pelted by the crazy hot South Florida sun so I skipped on it.

Does your garage have any ventilation? I had the headliner of my F150 fail after a week in a garage with no ventilation. I'm not saying this is definitely the problem, but it's worth looking into.

2023 BL 2 DR (MGV) on an Auto Transport heading to me in TX. I didn't elect the "free" headliner, will it come with one or not?

I’ve had mine for over a year with no troubles. Also in south Florida
Been others that have had this problem with newly delivered units.
