So pulled a bonehead spring day move. Pulled the hard tip off for the first time this year and forgot about the two most front bolts…. Realized it as soon as I started pulling the top off but one of the pegs that aligns the top to the body broke off…. It looks like standard fiberglass. Anyone have suggestions on how to fix?

Is there one specifically made for fiberglass?

If youre referring to the alignment pins, I broke one myself. I tried to jb weld it back in place but a few times on/off it broke loose. Now I just run with 3.

My guide pins are attached with screws. Drill a pilot hole and Run a screw down into the pin from above. That’s how mine came from the factory. A screw similar to this runs down into each of my four guide pins from above.

I would think you could source a similar peg, drill it out and screw in from above. You may need to add a washer if the hole in the top is too big. Truth is, you could use a wooden dowel pin from Home Depot.

Its shouldn't be surprising how many Bronco parts you can find at Home Depot!

I’m surprised nobody has posted a picture of the issue (or suggested solutions) in this thread. Would likely be helpful.

If the Peg itself is broken, I would treat it like a woodworking problem.

Fit the peg parts back together, if they can be reassembled with out any big gaps you are in luck.

Clean each side of the parts with denatured alcohol.
Get a good plastic glue (Gorilla glue)
Wet one side of the part (with water) apply a little bit of glue and tape or clamp it (to hold it tight)
Glue glue squeeze out off hit with flat black paint
Fill it hole in with a little plastic from a pop bottle along with the glue. Remember to wet it a little
When the glue dries drill a pilot hole and reinstall.
