Haven't Received New Order Email

I went to my local dealer and placed a 2nd order as a walk in. Exact same build as the one I had reserved many moons ago in October 2020- we'll see which one gets scheduled first. That said I have not gotten any email from Ford confirming the order was submitted (I placed it with them last Saturday). They did show me the DORA and confirmation of receipt from Ford's system saying "your has been received and we will schedule when we can". Any cause for concern that I have not received a confirm email to my personal account?

They may have entered your email incorrectly. Delete the order and confirm your email was put in correctly. Ford has had issues sending emails as well, so please keep that in mind. If you want updates, delete the order and resubmit ASAP
