Haven't received Bronco order confirmation email yet

So I'm new to all of this and I just placed my first order for a Base 4dr sasquatch on 1-11-21 at a local dealership. Dealership was great to deal with but I have not received a conformation email yet. I am going to contact the salesman Monday and see if it went through on his end. I was just wondering how long did it take everyone to receive a conformation email?

I got it 5 minutes after my dealer pushed the order, my buddy got it 1 day after, i’ve seen people
say 1-2 months later. You should be fine but if you want peace of mind call the dealer

Mine was a few days after I ordered but I believe ford has stopped all communication with customers, they no longer even send emails if you’re scheduled for production

I got an email yesterday from ford telling me my build date got moved. Which I knew already because my tracker reflected the change 3 weeks ago. So 3 weeks out on my communication. Just make sure with your dealer that your priority code is 19 or lower. If it’s 99 it will never be built.

We ordered my wife an Outer Banks in Aug, '21 got email right away. After Christmas I decided to order a Base 2dr for myself and never received an email. Called my dealer and he has confirmed it is ordered.

Being in Canada, I won’t be getting the confirmation email at all. Ford.ca apparently doesn’t have internet.

Did you place your order on 01-11-21 or did you mean 01-11-22?

My Ford email took 2 days from finalizing my order with the dealer. Now I’ve waited 3 months for second Ford email with a VIN, and no expectations of one soon.

defiantly meant 22 not use to this whole new year thing

I would ask the dealer what your order priority code is. you won’t get an email if the code is 99. I originally placed an order near the end of 2021 model year.

My dealer at the time coded it with 99 as they said there was zero chance for a 2021 model year. Once the 2022 order banks opened they changed it a 10 and received my order confirmation a day later.

So I just got off the phone with my Dealer and he said it got ordered for retail and that they received a email on their end saying the order was confirmed. He's going to get ahold of his rep and see if they can manually send the email.

Can you share your build? I am curious as some are reporting that the ordering system will not accept an order with a hard top or the 2.7.

Btw ask your dealership for a DORA. A DORA is the ordering confirmation they get back from ford once ford accepts an order. He does not need permission to share that.
