When I ordered my Bronco, the modular front bumper was one of the constraints holding back orders. I left it off knowing that I'll either order the modular Ford bumper or an after market. After much research, I purchased the Havoc Offroad Steel Bender bumper. My first experience with them wasn't pleasant. For some reason, they shipped the bumper only wrapped in bubblewrap. At some point in shipping, it was dragged along some concrete, grinding down the towhook. After many conversations back and forth with the manufacturer, I finally decided to send the original back for a replacement. The second was actually sent in a box which obviously prevented any damage. Installation was fairly straight forward. It did take the better part of an afternoon and you will need a second person to help get the new bumper mounted and bolts threaded. All the parking sensors and fog lights transfer over from the original bumper. Minus the crappy experience with the first bumper, I am really pleased with the installation and look of this bumper.

Looks real good! Sucks about the shipment of the first one but at least they sent you out a new one!

On my first call to them, the rep said he was authorized to issue a 10% credit which was $81. He said he'd have to check with managers to see if they could do any better than that. I figured it would cost them at least $150 to send back and ship out a new bumper. When I finally got in touch with someone, they said the managers authorized a $75 credit. That's right, in the course of a day, I actually lost $6 along the way. I finally said just forget it and send me a new one. They can eat the cost of shipping a bulky item twice. I had to cross my fingers and hope they wouldn't ship it in bubble wrap like the first one. I was surprised to see the second one in a box when I went to pick it up from Fed Ex. Hopefully they read this and realize that they shouldn't be shipping a 75lb bumper wrapped only in bubble wrap. I asked them to give me a call so we could discuss this and have heard nothing.

Looks awesome… I just ordered a rear bumper from northeidge4x4.com and received my bumper scratched as well. They offered to send me a touch up pen to make up for the inconvenience 😂

Does anyone happen to have a link to the winch plate for this bumper? I tried looking at their site but had no luck finding it.

Make sure you get the right marker - wouldn't want to void your warranty!

Do you know if it will hold a winch? Website shows the new angular bar with a winch.

Mine also came damaged and poorly packaged. Asked them for return. Literally saw the FedEx driver drag it over the driveway. On the other hand, Havoc can easily do much better job with packaging this though.
