I sometimes accidentally manually turn on my brights (or my dog does). Then they never go dim. Is your high beam indicator on?

They definitely don't qualify as optimal. Unless I'm misreading these. The Signature lighting is better.
I may add DOT rated driving lights.

If the Signature lights were a $30 option it may have been worth it; looking at the chart.
