Hey Colorado, anybody got a positive review for a dealership with NO MARKUPS for their Bronco?

Got mine through Summit Ford with no issues but was a first day reservation. JR was my main contact till they sold and now he's at Glenwood. I'd go there if I had to go through the whole process.

I have probably purchased a dozen Fords from Phil Long Denver plus they easily sold that many through recommendations I made to friends and family. Never again. Early on, I asked about pricing hoping for a discount because Phil Long had always given me below MSRP. When I mentioned other dealers were giving a discount, the GM told me they had complained to Ford about those dealers and that those deals would be shut down. I’m sure Phil Long is one of many dealers we can thank for the tiny allocations Granger/SAC/Chapman are getting.

Sil-Terhar in Broomfield was amazing to work with. Never got it in writing that I'd pay MSRP but was told verbally by 2 people I would, and that's exactly what happened. The order specialist is a gem, was responsive to texts and calls, and it felt like she was invested in my experience; ie not overly curt when responding but empathetic to my experience like when my build week was pushed back.

I think they're not a chain, are family owned and have been around for 60 years or something. Turned their showroom into a donation center after the fires. Just overall really good vibe and good people. The customer parking signs in the lot have little cheeky quotes on them. Loved getting my Bronco here.

Just chiming in to second the great service at Sil-Terhar. MSRP, free oil changes for the reservation delay without even asking. All around good experience.

While Phil Long may be selling at MSRP, they were one of the dealers that was loud and vocal in protesting the Granger deal. Buying from them is basically rewarding behavior. Also, their doc fee is one of the highest in Colorado.

Phil Long also told me when I tried to order in 21' they had a mandatory package add that was like $1600 or $1800 over MSRP I didn't want, did you have to take that?

I ordered at Groove and Schomp because of that.

Groove was good, they had their “add ons” tint and clear bra but that was all. No complaints

My badlands is on its way to groove, did they add the tint and bra without asking? If so I'm already lined up with another company to have ceramic tint and an xpel stealth wrap and I'd have to pay to remove that stuff.

I did not order through them, they just had it on the lot, I originally ordered through Castle Rock Ford.

I would reach out to Tim Barteau, he took over the Sales MGR role a few months back and has been great.
