Yes, it appears you have the full harness, minus the plug and receiver. No need to splice into your wiring. Personally, I think you would be foolish not to install the tow module also and have it programmed. Even if you only plan to use the 4 pin connector, you will be equipped with the 7 pin plug if you need it someday. To be complete, and to be able to utilize trailer brakes, you will also need the in cab brake controller. IMO Ford really botched the whole tow package deal from the start. In part due to supply constraints.

I actually bought this kit myself before Ford offered any of the factory parts. Thankfully I procrastinated long enough and then bought the full kit for a 21, which is way more complicated than what you need to do. The Curt kit is still on the shelf.

Yes the Part VS2DZ-15A416-C I posted, it is the correct part that is plug and play'ish
