Hood not flush with fenders, fix?

Noticed my hood is not flush with my fenders, being kind of picky because it’s not off by much but noticeable without looking real hard. I adjusted the front bump stops out as far as I could which helped some but it’s still not flush, anyone know of a fix?

Is this like one of those old posters that you only see something if you stare at it long enough?

Same problem with ours. It’s annoying. One side is off by quarter inch and other an eighth. Know idea how this problem passes QC. There’s no reason why hood should sit lower than the fenders like that.

Hope someone chimes in if there’s a fix. If not, guess we live with it.

Do you see that bolt sticking up with the rubber foot on it? Those are adjustable.

Be careful adjusting the bump stops. You will bend your hood!

The hood is made to be lower.

Unlock the hood and make it level without locking it and watch how large the gap is between the grill and the hood. Not good.

It's how it was designed. Every single one I have seen has been that way.

I immediately noticed that on the Bronco I test drove. I was hoping it was a one off issue. It looks terrible.

This was purposefully done, it has do to with hood over-slam, hood hinges and build tolerance, if it overbuilds you don't want to see the hood over fender in a pure side view. Looks wrong, but engineered correctly. Please don't adjust the bump stops....it's a horrible idea.
