Noticed my hood is not flush with my fenders, being kind of picky because it’s not off by much but noticeable without looking real hard. I adjusted the front bump stops out as far as I could which helped some but it’s still not flush, anyone know of a fix?

Is this like one of those old posters that you only see something if you stare at it long enough?

Same problem with ours. It’s annoying. One side is off by quarter inch and other an eighth. Know idea how this problem passes QC. There’s no reason why hood should sit lower than the fenders like that.

Hope someone chimes in if there’s a fix. If not, guess we live with it.

Be careful adjusting the bump stops. You will bend your hood!

The hood is made to be lower.

Unlock the hood and make it level without locking it and watch how large the gap is between the grill and the hood. Not good.

It's how it was designed. Every single one I have seen has been that way.

Gives it more aerodynamics. Probably adds + 5HP.

My hood same way and I backed driver bump all the way out but it did little. I may tighten back 3-4 turns. Plus if you have area 51 or cactus gray color IMO it appears to be worse than it is. Area 51 is a tricky color, just like cactus gray can have a mint green hue the area 51 can have a darker or lighter blue hue depending on sunlight and how clean it is. Pretty cool. But can make hood look worse than it is. Check it from another angle bc from driver seat can look bad. After a month you won't notice it anymore. If owned it longer then a month, well, shit...IDK haha
