My swing gate is slightly off when closing. The latch and hammer aren't syncing properly. Is it as simple as loosing torx screws on hammer brackets and slightly adjusting? Or do I have to deal with loosening the torx bolts on swing gate hinges? Any advice is appreciated.

I would shim the door slightly up to allow for sag.

No sag, the shift occurred when I installed tire delete plate and removed spare tire and carrier. The loss of weight caused the door to slightly pitch up on the latch side and I now have to put light pressure on the top of gate in order for it to close without friction. Only needs small adjustment.

Close the gate and use a shim to make sure it’s lined up and then tighten the screws. Just how i would do it.

I never loosened screws, but I guess they could have been loose when I removed the spare tire and carrier. I'll close the gate, shim and retighten. I assume your referring to the torx screws on the outer hinges?

Yeah. Mine slipped when I did my flag mount. Had to adjust.
