I think mice damaged my coil cables.

All dealerships backed up months. Have to fix this on my own. Can someone help me locate the correct parts to repair this damage. Is it easy to switch out the damaged section of wiring? I am hoping its plug and play.

Wont be covered under warranty so no need to go to dealer. Any reputable shop should be able to fix that. If you wanna tackle it yourself find matching color and size wire, grab your soldering iron and heat shrink, and take your time.

Is the Bronco not used daily? If so, get a spray bottle and mix Irish Spring body wash with water and once a month squirt the entire engine compartment. Don’t ask me why but the mice don‘t find Irish Spring appealing. I do this on my 2011 F 150. It sits a lot now that I am retired. One day I had driven about five miles from home and while stopped at a light I watched a mouse climb out of the cowl. When I got home I checked under the hood and found they were chewing up insulation that covers parts of the intake manifold. I now routinely douse the area with the Irish Spring concoction.

soy based wire insolation. who thought that was a good idea?!?!? they sell some strong peppermint things you can put under the hood they smell better than moth balls.

You'll have to go through a dealer or www.fordparts.com. It will force you to set up an account and pick a dealer but I think if you select shipping, it will direct ship from the depot. It will also show if a dealer has stock. It shows we have two in stock but if you're needing them today or tomorrow, calling around locally would probably be the fastest way to go.
