I got around to installing the IAG Mini Front Mud flaps this past weekend. It took me around 30 minutes. The install was straightforward, and the only challenges were:
1) There's not much room to remove the top screw holding the rail cap into the rock rail. I had to use a screw bit and a small pliers holding it to turn and unscrew it. It came out without any problems but just took a little more time. I did the same to screw it back in.
2) The rear plastic tab/cap/screw (whatever it's called) on the back of the Rock rail was a little finicky to get out. I used a plastic trim removal tool and one side came out super easy, the other I had to tug a bit.
I didn't want huge mudflaps down to the base of the tires. This of course provides the best protection, but I wanted something that looked close to OEM and was a bit more subtle. I'd say these reduce debris on the side of the car maybe 30-40%, which I'm OK with. I have some Magnum steps coming soon which should help with the rest, but for the money I'm quite pleased with the look and functionality of them. I'd recommend them as long as you're not looking for full side protection. There are better options for that, albeit uglier one's
Hope this helps.
