Has anyone figured out a fix for this? Icon Customer service blows as we all know.

you can hear this bronco coming a mile away, it absolutely sounds horrible. It appears to be the rear coilovers. They creak so loud I’m about to trash these turds. Kings don’t seem to have this issue when I check out other broncos.

Do they use poly bushings? There's special grease for poly, and if you don't use it they will squeak, no matter what brand.

Oh no! How many miles do you have on them. I have about 1000 miles on mine and are super quite. If you have the reservoirs, check to see if the hoses are not rubbing against anything.

I don’t believe they have poly.

they’ve done this since day one it’s not the hose. Gotta love icon customer service.

2500 miles on them

I had this issue with my internal reservoir setup. Took some poly grease and greased the shaft just outside where it enters the cylinder. Squeaks immediately went away.

No mine is just pure squeaking and creaking. That sounds horrible lol
I know. 2 dealerships and no answers. Have even emailed Bilstein to see if they have any recommendations. Was told that Ford designed the shocks, Bilstein just builds them. It is a Ford issue.

Update: Icon emailed me back after 6 weeks and said i should hear no noise, so they are sending me new front and rear coilovers. Pleased with that, but dang its a lot of work. Lol

Not sure what exact components went into your upgrades. About 3 years ago I replaced my front coil-overs and my rear leaf springs and Bilsein shocks all around on my Nissan Xterra. They all had natural rubber bushings and the thing squeaks to this day ......... mainly in the rear. Rubber is supposed to be "self lubricating" so they said not to put any grease on them. If you had polyurethane /synthetic bushings, my understanding is they are supposed to get grease. Wonder if that would quiet things down?

My squeaks are back on my coilovers, unfortunately. At first, it was the rears, now, the fronts are back to squeaking again. Therefore, the grease seemed to only work for a few weeks. I am unsure if I did not apply enough or if there is more than a bad bushing going on with the setup. ICON wants me to send the whole set back in, but I'm hesitant as I won't have anything to use in the meantime.
