Your dealer is probably confused. I dought they know for sure. I wouldn't believe them until ford' updates their schedule and actually sends you an order update.

I agree with you, and again just want to state I dont believe this either. Its just bizarre and seemed to come out of nowhere but I'm working to confirm what exactly this means

My dealer added my no charge headliner and changed packages on my BL last night and sent me the revised order sheet, so the system was up, at least part of the day. It seems unlikely a consumer vehicle is in build status, but I remain hopeful for you and all of us.
Hey! You decide to bump up to high? Lux?
What swayed the decision??
Thanks I’m on the fence about that; I don’t want to spend the extra money but I use the Adaptive Cruise Control on my wife’s car every single day... startin to consider it

Let’s take a second and think about this...

Ford is making Broncos.

The dealer is probably lazy.

maybe they are making it. And even if they do, it’s gona sit around until the OKTB and then it still needs to ship.

it’s April 1

2 doors > 4 doors

I bumped up to High from Mid. The KOH videos convinced me on the cameras and bigger screen, with the mirror spots as the final bonus. The dealer actually accidentally bumper me to Lux. I was tempted, but it's a big premium, I went back down. My z Plan prices is $49,600, kept me under $50k.

Mine says the same thing, always has.

Talked to my dealer this morning. They found out they were getting half their allocated Bronco's that were previously assigned. Good news is, I am in the top half as a day one res, so she said I will be getting a 2021. I will believe my date, when I see the vin and scheduled date.

Everything I have read from Ford states May 3rd as the Job 1 assembly day. Maybe the dealer was told it is to late to change the order. I highly doubt the vehicle chassis is on the line per say.

I dont believe a single thing my dealer says, he called me yesterday claiming I had to change my outerbanks order with a MIC top to soft-top, claiming I could not order a hardtop. So I told him that means no one getting hardtop in MY21? He called back later in the day, and said sorry I was right it was only the black painted top and dual roof option that was MY22.

To preface, this is not an April Fools thing -- quick backstory, I called my dealer Monday to change my order from a Wildtrak to a Badlands (for fear of commodity shortages/delays) and he said he would let me know when its swapped over in the system. Not 10 minutes ago he called and said "Well good news bad news: bad news is, cant switch you from Wildtrak to Badlands. Good news is that is because your Bronco is already being built and a production work order is being generated."

I dont know WTF is going on but he said he fully expects on-time/ahead of time delivery. My reservation timestamp is 7/14. Is anyone else getting updates today like the one I received? VERY confused at all of this.

AGAIN -- I am not making an April Fools joke.
Sounds like he’s just having trouble on the system. Tell him to call his Ford Rep to help him get it changed.

This would kinda make sense if the dealer somehow confused their mannequin build w/ your build. Not sure how that would be possible to confuse but stranger things have happened.
