Full transparency we made a small change and decided to have all of the parts hot dipped galvanized before powder coating. This way the product will have a much better final finish than powder-coating alone. While the initial powder coated parts performed well we felt that adding this step would provide many more years of integrity in the long run. This is an additional cost we incurred and did not pass along to the consumers. If you no longer want to wait for the product we will gladly refund your money but we would rather have a slight delay than to put a product out that does not meet our quality standards.

I’m in Newfoundland and I have my order in. It’s not cheap for us Canadians with shipping, taxes and duties though.

Well that is good to read, That they took your order that is. I have tried to order earlier from them and they would not accept my Canadian shipping address.
You are correct that the costs to ship and the duties/excise taxes will push the amount up a fair bit.

The fact that the Canadian dollar is 20% down from the US one don’t help either but my purchase is paid for and I’m waiting for them to ship. Hope this helps.
