I wouldn't think that would work. I don't think it's wise to block any sensor.

There is a decent amount of blockage on the bottom of the sensor. 1" or so from the factory. I would not block more than that.

Thanks for the info I would put it above in the yellow area but Massachusetts has to have a front lincense plate.There is a decent amount of blockage on the bottom of the sensor. 1" or so from the factory. I would not block more than that.
