Installing tow hitch. Rear bumper torque specs?

Insallling tow hitch: is thier torque specs for rear bumper? Please and thank you

FYI: I got to the last bolt the one for the wire harness bracket with the clip - and even set at 20 lb - it snapped as it clicked. So, I would go lower. 15-18?

You don’t need to with the Curt hitch…110 ft-lbs. ~$120 from Realtruck.com

Thanks for the info ! -Just ordered it at $ 121 total cost. Thinking the " Ford brand" is set up for a factory install on the assembly line and maybe that is why the nuts are welded were they are.

Just installed this - it's sturdy. Removal was fairly easy, but installation took two people holding each end, while a third person lines up the holes to insert the bolts. Not bad overall, and great factory fit and look.

Now on to figuring out how to connect the trailer tow harness to the tail lights.
