Instructions on capable bumper removal and replace with modular?
The CAPABLE bumper is also steel.

One harness for sensors i take it unplug remove bumper then sensors I take it. Thx
I’m having my dealership take mine off and put on the DV8 FS-15 and was told they hadn’t done one yet but the body shop Forman capped the total at 8 hrs so if it takes them longer than that I won’t be charged more. You definitely will need 2 people

Pulled the bumper last night took about an hour, not bad. Will cut off hoops install sensors and new mod. Bumper this a.m. thinking hour and half to install, not bad.

Yup quite easy to replace the plastic bumper with a steel one. Just cut off your tow hooks, rerun wiring in the bumper and you are good to go.

Torx plus, Home Depot, lowes,and 3 auto parts stores need to go back to town in a.m. and pick up ordered one. Crazy.

Bumper on, all sensors work, used floor jack to lift and a little help from my wife. I’ll post pics in a bit.

What did you need to cut off when you went from the capable to the modular?
