The obvious reason for this is that you don't have the temperature LED's on your climate control knobs!

I really like having the weather radar available on the dash. I don't know why it isn't an option on Apple or Google maps

I've seen storms in FL and GA that go deep purple, almost black. I don't want to be outside when they roll through!

Good move getting under shelter, poor thing would be pummeled being all aluminum and plastic.

Looks like its the built in nav - I didn't know we had this option. I wonder if you have to pay for the "connected" part of nav?
It is the built in nav, settings->weather,->radar. I am not paying for any connected features, but it is possible that I am still in some trial period.

We have that on the wife’s explorer. If I remember correctly it’s included with the trial period and I think it’s tied to our SiriusXM subscription. I think it is somehow piggy backed to the nav via sirius.

Mine works fine, and I never activated Spurious.
Likely links through a connected cell signal
