Hey All,

I have a noise in my interior passenger C panel near the seatbelt that I want to investigate. Does anyone have instructions to remove this panel? I see a screw in the lower portion but wanted to ask before I just start pulling on things. Here is the area(the top panel, I already know how to remove the lower panel)

Pull off weather stripping. Pull rear trim panel back. It covers the bottom of c pillar. Remove seat belt and unsnap the pillar cover.

Thanks. So no special one time panel clips then right? Thats what I was weary of. Seems like there is also an additional screp at the bottom of the panel as well.

I have not officially removed it. Have messed around with it and removed all the panels around it. I think you won’t run into much after the few tips I provided. Ford doesn’t use an abundance of clips. I keep a stock of them all in case. A few good trim tools are helpful to reach back in near clips to pop them

Got it. I've removed nearly every other panel in the car. Just checking to see if anyone has seen anything different with these panels.

Mine was making some sound too…. I found mine to be where the upper seat belt bolt goes thru shoulder bracket had too much play in it, as well as the little cover. Wrapped the bolt a couple times with felt tape and put a layer on backside of cover…..that fixed my noise.

I just took it all apart. There is a bolt holding the panel, 2 clips about mid way, and it hooks around panels at the top.

I put some sound deadening and foam in. Seems quieter but will keep an eye on the seatbelt hole and the cover as well.
