No, you have the ability to change dealers throughout the order period. So you can change until 3/19, as it currently stands.

To switch dealers, call 800-334-4375 and make the change with the Ford Customer Service Center. You need to know who you want to switch to when you make the call.

I'm in Columbus too, and have a reservation at Ricart. They offer lifetime warranty on the engine, transmission, and turbo. But like you, I have received minimal information from the dealership, or can even get a call back.
