Is This A New Mystery (Green) Bronco at Super Celebration East? (Not the Overland Area 51)

So I was NOT about to read through 34 pages of who knows what, so this may have been said - sorry if it has......

But my guess is that photo was just the Area 51 Overlanding one and the lighting from the semi roof and other things is playing tricks on what color the windshield frame looks like.

Whatever this Bronco is, it is definitely NOT the Overland Concept.

1. Tire Tread and Size does not match Overland
2. Modular Bumper has parking sensors; Overland does not.
3. No Pod Lights on bumper.
4. Similar Warn Winch, but different sized cable.
5. Still has the painted roof-rail caps above the windshield, so no rack is installed.

Whatever this build is, I'm definitely excited to see something new.

I'm thinking it's preproduction Bronco in a special gorgeous Grreen color that everyone would want, but won't be available to us. Similar situation to the beautiful interior that we can't have. ?

Sadly you are probably right. At this point I am almost feeling like this process with Ford has been one big bait and switch.

It certainly would be a pleasant surprise if they were bringing back the Boxwood Green. Which would definitely move to the top of my list.

If it's this it would look great with the MIC grays, black, white... to me anyway Even Eddie Bauer'esque

If you want people to like your MIC grey top, Ford....give them this green.

The orange BL accent color would work great. A black top would work great. A white top would work great.

By the people on scene who confirmed the overland on display and the mystery one still in the truck.

It does have different tires so its not the overlander. I'll be there in a few hours in the rain. Showing off something new at the end of an event sounds weird but who knows.

Reading is Fundamental.
If you read the thread, you would know that this is a different vehicle and that it was still covered up in the truck when the Overlander was out stunning folks.
