Wow, this combination of an extension and drop...I hope that you use it only for a light duty.

Will clear the spare tire with ease.

But ouch, I can see myself cranking my knee on the ball when unloading something from the rear hatch.
Yes. Door opens just fine with the spare

I wouldn’t want a receiver that wasn’t flush with the bumper. I had to get a hitch with a 6” drop to allow the trailer tongue to clear.
I suppose if you we’re constantly using a bike rack in the receiver then the extended receiver could be useful.
Here is the Ford aftermarket receiver.

I have the extended Curt on my OBX and love it. Some bronco owners that have the shorter version add the TSC extention to make it more convenient with out fighting the tire. Most trailers have the Jack crank so you can not shut you tail gate with trailer hooked on.

That definitely is a drawtite receiver. I would not want that sticking out so far. I tow my boat Monday thru Friday, And I have zero problems with my tucked in hitch receiver and spare tire.
I would take it back to dealer and have them install the regular non drawtite receiver.

I being older than a lot of members here, tend to forget shit rather quickly. I can just hear myself every time I had the tailgate open and whack my shin on that damn thing. F%#k, f%#k, f%#k!!!!

Does this look like a good idea to support the tire weight. Maybe even protect the tire during steep climbs. The tire slides on when opening and closing the tail gate.

Added lights.

yeah, thats a no from me. besides the appearance, when the tailgate is open, the spare isnt covering it and you would need to straddle it to use the trunk.

Nope.

I just open the tailgate to buckle my hitch.

Depending on what you’re towing and the height of your
tongue you might appreciate it- no extension needed. In many instances the spare tire doesn’t provide much room to secure the payload to your Bronc- looks fine from behind but a little different from the side.

I guess it's a personal preference, but I would want the hitch flush with the bumper so I don't crack my shins/knees on it. If you prefer the flush hitch, I would have the dealer swap it out, they can install that one on somebody else's truck later on.
