Is this normal for the (place order) box not be checked until order moves to in production?
Reason I ask is my Dealer has been shady on my order numbers and I have a suspension my order is not actually confirmed.

Mine has the 2 dot in dark blue with a check by "Order Accepted By Dealer" down below.

Your dealer has not confirmed your order yet, when they do it will change to a green check mark over the Place Order and you should get an email that looks like this when your dealer confirms.

I did get an email from Ford saying order confirmed a few months back. Just odd it’s not checked green.

My understanding is that the green check is indicated when that stage is totally complete... not when you're in the middle of that stage... if that makes sense.

So in your case, when your vehicle has a production date, #2 will check, and the "In Production" stage will raise up with the shadow off of the background.

You're not the first person on the forum to be confused by this checkmark thing.
