I reserved on the second day 7/14/20.
I got desperate and switched to 4dr with soft top.
Later switched back to 2dr, or so I thought. Actually ended up with 2 vehicles ordered. Got email from Ford stating I’d be first production week for my 2022 4dr soft top.
Email from Ford stating it would be delayed a week to 12/20/21.
Checking tracking once a day and I noticed that I was now “In Production“ as of 1/4/22.
No change in weeks to any of that, but yesterday I could finally see my sticker.
The expected delivery date hasn’t changed. Still says I’m in production and expected delivery will be 1/26.
I doubt that’ll happen, and just to be clear I’m not complaining, I’m stoked! This 4dr Badlands is coming with 2.7, leather and lux. I’m just asking is this normal? Sticker says it’s coming by rail to NC. So should I expect late Feb? Will I get a pic of it rolling off the assembly line in my email?

Sadly, everything is normal with Fords tracking system. It's always been iffy at best. If it gets shipped it shouldn't take long to get it to North Carolina. My Ranger coming from MAP to the Charlotte area actually arrived a week earlier than what was posted on the tracker.

If by "normal" you mean SNAFU, then for FORD that's totally "normal.
That's true Jeff. When it comes to Ford, "normal" is a relative term.
