Anybody else having issues with their Broncos since the latest software update? I update. The software about 2-3 weeks ago and I’ve been having some issues with the infotainment and other systems. Before the update I would start my vehicle and the entertainment systwm would start up with the screen that has the Turn Audio On button on the touch screen. Now it says “Bronco Saved” and goes to the setting screen. I’ve also noticed that when I open the doors the over head light does not go on. I had the battery checked when I had the oil changed about a month ago and everything is good. And it starts up right away so I know it’s not the battery. Let me know if anybody else is having that issue
Thanks
Brian

For the overhead light did you try pressing the on/off button for it up on the console?
I received a recent update and the info screen seems slower to activate at startups. It use to be pretty fast. I got a messages of “not blocked or not locked” or some such odd message a few times this week. Everything still works, knocks on wood.

When I press unlock on the key fob the headlights don’t go on, just the amber turn signal lights flash and that’s it. The lights used to stay on for a few seconds but not anymore

I have had equally weird issues. I have had the vehicle even after driving over 30mins go into battery save mode. Then I put it on a charger over night and seemed to make that problem go away. I have also had it revert to some weird set of presets....like my seat heater is on full strength and the steering wheel heater is on. After much testing I am convinced I have no battery issue...but there is definitely something weird going on.

My bumper to bumper is gone so let me know what you find out. I already had the window software update fixed for like 250.00 because of being out of warranty.

This sounds like a dying battery, but could also be an issue with the BMS or alternator

I vote dying battery. Another symptom of dying battery is your Bronco ASS becomes disabled

I had the same message and it was a low battery. I had Ford replaced the battery and never happened again.

I’m having the same situation on my 2022. Thought it was a dying battery but I know there was a recent update and the timing is identical

Try disconnecting the battery for 10 minutes or so. Then hook it back up. Then let it trickle charge overnight

Sometimes this helps when weird stuff starts happens

Yeah, I noticed that too. Did a remote start about 20 seconds before i hopped into the rig and saw this on the screen...

Ford Bronco Issues with the latest software update? 1733671450082-gg

Then it says “system off to save battery” with a task bar

It’s not the battery. I had it checked. I’ll have to call the dealer tomorrow
