Looks like it's mounted at a 45 degree angle in relation to your garage door. I was just curious about your garage setup, it looks nice.

So you picked 3 threads? You know we have been in business for 19 years right? We also ship over 2200 customer orders a month and nearly 400,000 customer orders lifetime.I was in the jeep world for a long time..not on the forums for a couple of years since I got rid of my LJ...but a quick Google search:

I remember many more from back in the day...but I am sure your own google browser works good enough for a quick search.
Im sorry if you felt disregarded. The first batch we had a bending issue with the hood bracket. Some customers wanted replacement, some just made it work. If you are in that camp, I think there must have been a miss understanding. Do you need a new part? Did you make it work? We can send a replacement part. Just contact our CS. [email protected] or 269.353.1184Pretty much the same response when I mentioned the camera relocate brackets weren't aligned and the camera cable being 20' was ridiculous. Yea there have commented about the winch plate not aligning as well.
It would be bette if the response wasn't a shrug their shoulders.

We have exceptional customer service. Do we make mistakes? Yes. Do some customers go away unhappy because they catch a vine on their tire carrier on the trail and yank it in half? Yes.
If you ever wonder about of reputation, google and read 19 years of customer posts.
It’s totally ok if you don’t like our company and want to post how much you think we suck, but don’t try to frame it into something it’s not.
I was replying to @Destroyer. He said he NEVER heard anything bad about your stuff. I just did a quick Google to show him some links. Besides the OP's post here...there are others who had issues with their purchases from you.So you picked 3 threads? You know we have been in business for 19 years right? Wow. Way to pass the buck.As for the cable, we launched a new product on a brand new vehicle. Sourcing is and will continue to be a problem. Finding reliable vendors for parts we don’t make is a challenge. I’m not sure if you sent the eBay listing to a Chinese seller for a shorter cable, but this turned out not to be a reliable provider for the amount we need. The alternative is no camera relocation kits.
I spoke with Mitchell this morning and he filled me In.Due to the slight variations in the lower shock mount angles these JCR shock skids can be way off from being lined up with the shock. After sending multiple photos and emails of how crooked the passenger side skid is on my Bronco Mitchell at JCR said “ I don’t see an issue with that” LOL. He doesn't see an issue with the skid mounting so crooked it looks terrible and it will hit the trailing arm. You'll be taking a chance if you buy these and they won’t take them back.

Not passing the buck. I’m just saying, right now it’s our best solution. That’s transparency. We have sourced a shorter cable, but it’s still longer than needed.Wow. Way to pass the buck.
Years ago, I bought front and rear bumpers for my XJ from them. The mounting tower on the rear bumper for the passenger side was about an inch shorter than the driver side, which caused that side to sit in deeper. I simply used a 1" shim to bring it out and went on with my business. I'm sure they're a bigger, better company today, so I'd probably give them another chance today if I needed something.Been in the Jeep world for years and have never heard of this "bad reputation". Would be interested to hear/see some examples of this.
Sent you a bit of an a$$!Wow. Way to pass the buck.
