I’m not sure what you mean that Jeep is “triggered,” unless your referring to the fact that they made a proper off-roader with the Cherokee and Ford made an explorer with new badges and tires.

Still not following you, this is comparing an explorer to a Cherokee trail hawk, there’s not much to argue on Fords part.

They are apples to oranges. It’s like saying the Full size Bronco is better than than the Bronco sport. It’s obvious, and not really a fair comparison.

If they were talking about the 4 Runner being better than the Explorer would you care, probably not because it’s significantly better off road than the explorer and it’s not the dreaded Jeep brand.

Anyway, we all have opinions, Jeep did a good job with the Cherokee, just like Ford did a great job with the Bronco, give credit where it is due.
