When I saw my credit card statement, it said Ford Fairfield.

I would think saying nothing would have been better, but maybe people are reading too much into a damned smiley face?

Some nobody just trashes years of work by hundreds of your employees... if they did it in person, the response would probably be a silent smile as well. Maybe that guy would be CEO if he actually could do better?
Perhaps the smiley indicates he agrees things are a mess? Remember, he just got there and the Bronco train has been heading off the tracks for a while.

You don't like what they're doing take your money elsewhere.

You don't like how a vehicle turned out buy something else.

Sadly, I am done with Bronco. Day 1 reservation. Just put deposit on Dodge TRX.

I would assume it went to Ford since you can change dealers. I don’t think they would then have the $100 deposits follow us around.
The $100 goes to the dealer. This question has been asked and answered dozens of times. If you change dealers, the $100 is returned to you and the new dealer is holding no money.

The way this thread is going I can tell this is going to be an unpopular opinion, but whatever....

Let’s put this into context. That account (who is also a member here btw, just can’t remember the name) is CONSTANTLY tweeting @ Farley and Levine complaining. Okay sure, make yourself heard, but when it’s non-stop it’s just annoying. (I know they get paid big bucks to deal with this kinda stuff, but still) So Farley just gave the tweeter what he was a craving. A bit of attention and acknowledgement. This is not a big deal and this doesn’t speak to his abilities to be CEO or his customer service. It’s just social media...

Also OP hope you enjoy that TRX. It’s a badass ride.
