What did you use to fab the 3/4" body lift? I wanted to add a 1/2" or 3/4" myself but have not found anything online. The smallest I could find was 1-1/2".
I ordered some 3/4” x 3” aluminum bar stock and used a hole saw in a drill press to make my own.

Well after entirely too much time spent, I installed the axxess amp bypass for the B&O system. In the process I figured out you need around 10 open channels off your amp/amps to really do it right. Also the rear speakers and the center speaker isn’t wired into the harness back at the B&O amp, so you’ll need to run your own wires for those. Currently only have a 4 channel amp hooked up, ordered an 8 channel to add to it to get everything powered individually. Will say it way way louder and clearer.

Also had my S&B air filter arrive today so I tossed it in real quick.

Figured I’d start a build thread even if it’s a little late in the game with my build. Start off my Bronco is a 21 Badlands with Sasquatch in velocity blue with the lux package.
This is how it looked in the first week of purchasing it. Also everything besides the upper and lower links have been installed by myself so feel free to ask about if it was difficult or not.

I made sure the dealer didn’t use the OEM mount for the front license plate. I bought the Built Right Industries plate mount and was able to use the screen bolts on the BAMF bumper to reuse that mount.

Today I tore apart the majority of the trim within the bronco so that I could install the 8 channel amp I ordered. Took advantage of having things apart to clean up some of the wiring I did. Had to run new speaker wires from the center channel to the amp. Also had to ditch the factory sub since that’s where the 8 channel, 10” sub amp and the axxess module are all tucked away. Have to say having each speaker having its own channel from the amp and the adjustability with the axxess makes the system sound soooo much better.

Also forgot to take photos of 75% of the stuff I did and the couple I did take are boring.

Had to pull the panel off covering the amps to make an adjustment. Snapped a couple photos so you can see what’s going on inside there.

Is there a place to tap into the rear speakers from the cargo area? Or did you run your new wires up to the head unit?

I ran new wires. The only speaker connections available from the back are the kicks, 2 outside dash and the sub wires. Pretty easy to add new wires, just snip them near where they plug into the housing and run your new wires across and down behind the trim to the amp location. Unless you’re doing the amp behind the glove box then it might be simpler to tap into behind the radio.

Added a way to turn off power to the winch and the arb compressor while not in use. Used the BAMF winch controller relocation bracket I had laying around as a way to mount everything.

Need to clean up the wiring around the fuse box still.

Spent a few hours this morning and got the wiring cleaned up around the engine. Looks a lot tidier now.

Another update, finally got the Next Venture Motorsports belly skids and got them installed, also since MetalTech is taking too long to release their rear bumper I went with the Lod Off-road destroyer bumper. Got both installed right before a long weekend of wheeling. Both are very well made products. But there was a few issues with both. The mounting brackets for the gas tank skid had some sharp edges that I would be worried about rubbing into the tank so I wrapped them with some heavy rubber hose before bolting it all down. On the LoD bumper the swing arm is my only complaint. No matter how tight I got the spindle it would shift so I finally just tack welded it to keep it from moving. Also not really a fan of it latching to the tailgate instead of having a latch on the driver side.

So first day of wheeling was with the Gold Country Bronco group on the Deer Valley trail here in Cali.

Was a great day wheeling but I quickly realized the extra weight from the bumper was making the rear squat too much so on Saturday, before heading into the Rubicon with some forum members, I moved the rear shock mounting holes up on the rear axle like a forum member also did.

After finishing the day trip on the Rubicon I checked how the belly skids held up and they seemed to have done well but did bend some so that’s a bit of a negative.

Also side note with the Icon suspension and the 3/4” body light I had rubbing on the DV8 fender liners with 37” tires.

I don't know, those skids look fine in the pictures.

You know the saying: Good, fast, cheap. You can only pick two.

It's aluminum so it's gonna give some. If it was steel, you would need a bigger motor. ha ha.

That’s true just seems like this one spot in particular could use a way of being attached or supported to prevent it from flaring out.

Forgot to add the other day I’d also added the Ford Performance tune. I like how it helps the shift pattern be more crisp while I’m normal drive mode. And seemed to help move the 37s along.

And today I received the nets I order from Raingler Nets and Barriers. And like the other ones I’ve ordered from them they all arrived as high quality as I expected. On the rear I had them custom make the netting separate so that when the Diabolical enclosure is in nothing interferes with each other.
