Same. 7/26 build. Forward or back? Who knows.

I have a vacation planned around Labor day, and need to sell out my lease the end of August. So I'm cutting it reallll close when factoring in delivery window of the bronco. Getting pushed out a week means I may need to rent an suv for that trip. ugh. $1k+ gamble on the line

Wow! Congrats! How did you slip through the cracks and not get delayed?🤷🏽‍♂️
I'm honestly not sure... no inside help, I can promise you that.

Chalking it up to faith, trust, and pixie dust.

Allow commodity supplies to catch up??
Why can’t they just build the ones they have parts for... No need for more delays.
The goal is still to ramp up to the full production date, which requires max parts in stock to continue to stress the lines and build up.

If they just kept building what they have, then the ramping may not be on pace to hit the full production date.

i called up last week and my build week was still the same while others before me got extended. my build week was 07-26. mmm, wondering if they already new. lol, i really don't care. sooner is always better, but later works too. it's an extra vehicle to me, but for the peeps that need them. i hope they get theirs in a timely manner

OP - thanks for the updates.

Q1: Since Ford took over Webasto to increase production/capacity (among other things), will Webasto also be shut down for the 2 weeks in July, or will they be cranking out MICs?

Q2: Is Webasto also on the hook to produce the black and white tops for MY22? If so, does Ford have viable back-up plans?

Ah... So instead of spreading builds out with the parts they currently have... Ford wants to delay themselves on purpose, so that they can stress their lines as much as possible?

Makes total sense! Love the auto industry! 🙂

Called customer service just now - original build week 7/26 got pushed to 8/2...

They also gave me a Bronco specific # 800-334-4375
This scares me. Not sure if I even want to call to hear the bad news. 😟
