i’ve got a new ‘23 4dr Wildtrak with 182 miles. I noticed a grease spot on my garage floor where the driver front tire sits. Looked underneath and to my surprise, my barely driven Bronco is leaking from the CV boot nearest the hub. I've not even engaged 4wd yet in this thing and only driven it four times, for a total of 96 miles on bluebird days on the pavement in town since picking it from the dealer brand new with 86 miles. How can it have a leaking boot already? I contacted the dealer I purchased from near my home and they wanted me to setup an appointment to drop off for 7-10 days to "diagnose". Is this a known issue? This Bronco is as stock as it was in the baby pic. I don't even have tags on it yet.

Takes 7-10 days to get Bronco parts if they are available. Welcome to Ford service, I waited 2 hours for a 5 minute job to program my keypad before asking for my part and leaving. Ended up doing it myself in 5 minutes in my garage.

There have been several posts here on the forum of torn/ripped or otherwise defective CV boots straight off the lot. Looks like a tear...it's not rocket science to diagnose, 7-8 minutes maybe, not days.
