I know this has been covered a few times, but after changing out the Goodyears that comes on these things, did you notice a significant difference in the amount of rocks being thrown?
Thanks

Night and day. Which is a shame because it's otherwise a nice driving tire.
Curious what you replaced with?Night and day. Which is a shame because it's otherwise a nice driving tire.
Depends what day it is. I have Pathfinder SATs, Badak Extremes, Mickey ATZs, and Swamper SX2s.Curious what you replaced with?

I have a problem.
All of them. The Territories are in a class of their own for throwing rocks, I've never seen anything like it.Which ones would you say are night and day difference
I do believe that big pharma has a pill for that "problem". Yeah I think I read that somewhere.Depends what day it is. I have Pathfinder SATs, Badak Extremes, Mickey ATZs, and Swamper SX2s.

I have decent sized mud flaps and side steps. Having had a chip yet (don't want to jinx it) though I hear the tired throwing a ton of stuff when I am on gravel. I don't mind the look of mud flaps.I have 400 miles on my bronco and multiple rock chips already. I've added mud flaps and side steps, but the rocks are still finding their way past them.
If you are looking for tires that don't rock throw, I always look at the tread pattern. I try to find a pattern that is not so tight as the oem goodyears, and are somewhat open pattern. I always try to stay with Mickey Thompson's as for a brand I like. But there are so many good brands to choose from. You just need to do you, and what you prefer in a tire.Which ones would you say are night and day difference
Yup, same here.Once the Goodyears lose that "new tire stickiness", the amount of rocks thrown decreases pretty significantly.
Up through 500-600 miles was a friggin nightmare, but now at 4,500 I don't get many at all.
