I have thought the same since the idea was announced. Warthog is a great name, except not in connection with the Bronco. Bronco R or Stallion, maybe thoroughbred though that is pretty long.
By the way, the A-10 is THE MOST BADASS PLANE EVERMADE, EVEN BEATS OUT THE P-47.

If anybody in Iowa wants "Warthog" license plates for their Warthog Bronco and wonders who already has it... its me and they are not on a Bronco.

They have been on a green, two seat Ranger for 8.5 years...

I think, if you want to stick with the horse theme, your options are limited but there are some that could be abbreviated or that people may learn to love:

Bronco "Thoroughbred", or perhaps Bronco T for short. Thoroughbred horses are hot-blooded and a go-to choice for racing .

Bronco "Appaloosa", I would lean towards this. Seems long-winded. But an appaloosa is an Iconic American horse developed by Native Americans for hunting and battle. I think if ford made the "warthog" cool enough, people would have no problem with the Appaloosa name.

Sticking with the theme of the new bronco trims, you could also have a Bronco "Yosemite" or "Yellowstone" or some other national park or geological American feature that will represent what the Warthog is supposed to be.

Just my two-cents. Naming is tough, it's easy to cross-over threshold of what a 7-year old calls their favorite hot wheel. That should probably be avoided. Then again, that's what they did with the raptor and that turned out fine.

a better use of time would be trying to get this released as a 2 door.

Since it's a 4 door, IMHO, naming it after a pig is spot on.
