Good morning

Planning on lifted my non-sas badlands 2 inches using the zone blocks and their UCAs. Here are the parts:

https://zoneoffroad.com/products/2-...n-spacer-lift-badlands?variant=40095227314264
https://zoneoffroad.com/products/fo...joint-2021-ford-bronco?variant=40095238094936

I will also be pushing the wheels out 1&1/2 inch using some spacers.

Questions:
Am I missing anything to make this work?
Will the stock badlands tire carrier support 35s without modding it? I see RC makes a tail light extender.
Do I need the sas fender flairs?

Thanks!

I would get Sasquatch flares because I'm not a fan of too much poke. The tire carrier will be fine holding that weight. Make sure you get GOOD QUALITY spacers because if not, there goes your wheel.

- If you are going with a 35" x 12.5" tire the lower rubber bump stops on the tailgate will interfere with mounting the spare...sasquatch rubber stops are shorter than non-squatch.

- The brake light will rub/contact a 35" tire but it will work without the tail light extension. Also, if you do go the tail light extension route...the rubber stops on the tail light will no longer contact the tail gate and the light will be a bit wobbly. Best option would be to source a squatch tail light.

- Assuming you are using the stock wheels...A 1.5" spacer will effectively change the non-squatch +55 wheel offset to a +17 offset which is a bit more poke than standard squatch. Squatch flares would be recommended.

FWIW, you don't need a lift or UCAs to fit 35s. I went up to a 35" x 10.5" tire on my non-squatch Badlands factory wheels without a lift and have no rubbing issues at full stuff/full flex. The spacer lifts are inexpensive however they put more stress on the already well known tie-rod weak point. If I was going to do a small lift I'd go with a perch collar lift vs. spacer lift.

As above, the rubber bumpers will most likely need trimmed. Mine did with 35X11.50s. The 3rd brake light was a tight fit but worked. I imagine it would be too tight for some 35s.

Just put LT315/70R17 BFGoodrich T/A KO2's on a 2" lifted, non SAS Badlands with stock wheels. I have very minimal rubbing of the upper control arms at full lock. I did have to trim the lower rubber bumpers approx 1/2" for the spare tire to fit properly. Before and after...
