Linking order to Ford.com account???

How do I get my order to show up on my Ford.com acct? I got the ordered email but that’s it? I have the preview order sheet and signed purchase agreement. I’m late to the party and nowhere close to being built but just trying to figure out how to link them up.

Following! Same thing has happened to me. I ordered 10/27 but I haven’t received any email from Ford/my reservations are empty. I have my order summary and P&S too.

I think they update once a week maybe. So might be next week since you just submitted.

My understanding from a Ford representative I spoke with asking the same question you are is you cannot link the account until a VIN is available. She was able verify my order was received by Ford from the dealer by using the 4 digit Dealer Order code number, and the F prefixed Sales Code number on the Preview Order Sheet

Yeah I got the same answer when I called in also. They said it can only be linked if you placed on online order or converted a reservation to an order. Apparently they aren't using the reservation system now when a new order is placed.
