Anyone know how to add your order to your Ford account for tracking shits and giggles? I got my order number from the dealer but do t see any way to add it to my Ford account.

Do you have your reservation (not order) number?
If so, you can track your rig using this link. Put you Reservation number in place of the xxxxx's.

I was told by Ford customer service that you can't do it. Us recent orders who didn't get a reservation number have to wait for a VIN for the order to appear in the ford account.

Once you have a VIN how do you add it then?

Totally agree, I confirmed my order with FORD chat but they can't see any details of the order. I never received an email confirmation so was trying to figure out why and they couldn't even see my contact info. Finally my dealer figured out they added the wrong email to the order, this process is a total joke!
I was also told that you can't do anything with your order only the VIN.
