That's great. Sounds like you have a good dealer that actually reaches out to you. My dealer, Ford of Port Richey, Florida @FordPortRichey @MorganAutoGroup seemed annoyed when I called. lol
I don’t know of any in Florida, but there are great resources on this site. Any Florida member care to help?! @noahr

Not very likely since you have to negotiate the price with the dealer.

If you guys/Gals don't know what you are paying prior to order you have WAY more issues to solve. How you order is far down the list.

You're comment is either poorly worded, or you're ignorant of how this reservation system works. You have to negotiate the price with the individual dealer. If you weren't aware of that, you might want to read up on how this system is actually functioning.

Exactly, they'll throw out some base price close to MSRP for you to order and then when you go to take delivery they add on the "standard" ADM. Don't want to pay? Then your Bronco gets sold off to some other sucker on a waiting list of people who didn't get reservations.

Most dealers selling American cars aren’t used to an order process, coming up with a price before ordering, or the whole thing that you order a car, wait a few months, then take delivery of it… and the ordering process for most American cars is pretty rudimentary and dealers will literally sell you their first born rather than have to order a vehicle which could put the sale into a different financial quarter.

So I have no idea if they would plan on doing something underhanded like charging ADM or incurring additional fees above and beyond the agreed-upon price when the vehicle becomes delivered.

Yes, we agreed to $45,000, but then the professional upgrade package was installed and we can’t remove it because it includes a paint protection system, an invisible window film, and air laced with gold dust in the tires.

You simply get your pricing in writing and signed before your reservation is converted to an order. If you can't agree upon a price this way, then find another dealer. The last thing you want to do is be worried about pricing after you have ordered.

So... when will we be able to negotiate and agree on a price? If we’re putting in our order via the website, how will this work with people reserved at @Granger Ford ? ??
Negotiation over what? It is MSRP plus whatever discount some dealers have offered on top but that's it. I'm thinking the special discount will be applied at time of pick up / purchase.
