I saw this in Seattle and it lookes like it's a Ford part. But I don't remember seeing it on the Ford site.

Can anyone help me locate it?

Westin has a couple of different options for brush guards that are made very similar, but this particular one does look like it has larger tubing than that.

Maybe Hooke Road?

I was thinking the Hooke, but there is a lot more texture in the Hooke's powdercoat..

Also looks to me like those outer hoops might be upside down, this style guard generally has the top bars level to the ground...

True, but powder coat can change. Given how well the paint matches the bumper, I'd say good odds on that particular one having been repainted with the bumper.

Looking at how all the tubes bolt onto that riser section, it wouldn't be great at actually guarding against brush... and that's how the Hooke one goes together too. Hard to tell if you can't see the emblem that would be on the side of those risers. Could also be a random Amazon knockoff with just a different powdercoat on it.

Most of these aftermarket ones are just one piece, which would be a lot stronger.

I went with the Turn Off-road version. All one unit with no end user assembly needed.

If that is the same, the person who bolted it together put the headlight loops on upside down.
The top of the headlight loops droops down on the original photo, and the bottom of the loops are horizontal. The photo on ebay is opposite. The rest looks like it is that ebay version shown, it was just assembled by some banana-head who has no attention to detail.

lol I was trying to figure out the hoop part and chalked it up as the angle of photo. Good eye on those being installed upside down 😂

Or they did it on purpose to fit the Hi-Lift.

Possible… but they sure made it look stupid if that was their choice!
