The fan noise is VERY loud, and can hear it in the cab, is this normal? I live in AZ and was 107 today, just wondering if others have the same issue?

I haven't noticed it in the Bronco due to the oddly mild weather streak here in So. Cal, but the fan in my Focus is full blast anytime the AC is on, auto or not. Probably normal for when the auto AC is on level 3, if that's the setting you use. Possibly do some tests with levels 1 and 2 for comparison?

My 2023 is the same. It never turns off if the temp is above 85. I can hear it over the exhaust while driving with the top on or off.

They do that to take your mind off the wind noise coming through the top.

Mine is a 22 and does the same thing. Loud noise means lots of cfms, its a good thing.

I made a joke about this on Instagram. Legitimately reminds me of shutting down an F-16 because of how loud it is on hot days.

I just got mine back from a bad (no fault of mine) wreck where the whole cab was off as they replaced the frame. Luckily it wasn’t totaled. It was May when this happened, now I have it back and it’s end of August in Florida. 100 degree hot humid days. It’s been driving me crazy thinking there is something wrong. I can hear a very loud radiator grill fan absolutely roaring away whenever the ac is on. If I turn the AC off the fan stops after 30 secs or so. Is this what everyone else is experiencing?

Mine is same way. The engine temp gauge is 192 in the heat of the day. Probably needs the fan running that high due to 100+ temps

My F150 does this (3.5EB) and my Bronco does this. Both only on the really hot days. It sounds terrible, but am pretty sure its normal.
