8 inch clamp got it in a hair further, but to me it looks like it's getting off center ever so slightly. Still not enough leverage to clamp even this one down.

On the plus side, it doesn't feel like it's going to come out any time soon.

I know what you are going through been there. I have had the exact same problem with using a C clamp. I use force to get them to seat the rest of the way. I use a socket extension 4" place it through the bolt hole on the other side and beet the pin in the rest of the way till it seated. If you can get one or two really sold hits it will seat. 2 lbs hammer. Let me know if this helps.

That was a great idea—I did give it a try, but the space is too tight and I don’t have a large enough hammer to make it work effectively.

I checked with the shop that will be installing my new wheels/tires and handling the alignment, and they can install the pins for $60 if I bring them in. At this point, that seems like the best option and will save quite a bit of time and effort (and from having to buy additional tools).

I appreciate the help.
