Well, the silver lining is that there will be several "used like new" units appearing on Amazon soon. Since I will be doing this for mostly looks and occasional reinforcement when I jmha g a 3 gal rotopax back there it should be OK, even if it is not the most solid piece in the world.

$100 off again for those interested. Ordered one. Hoping that there will be accessory mounts other than a useless flag pole . I am personally hoping for a Rotopax mount, though not holding my breath. Those threads look fairly small for a 2 gal tank.
