Sounds intriguing! I’ll give it a watch during lunch

I have a feeling this will make me want to clean up some of the paths my father cut for our ‘97 Geo Tracker at the farm. All but 2 of the sections are too narrow for a Bronco

Definitely make it wider than you think you need - lesson learned! I enjoyed the video and it definitely makes me want to go do similar

I was in a similar predicament recently on a solo trip in Ozark National Forest. I was going down forest road and took a side road to take a different way back. Trail was fine until about half way through, it started to get narrow and it just kept getting narrower - I should have known to turn around earlier, but I had the exploration itch. About a tenth of a mile from exiting back onto the main forest road, there was a large downed tree wedged between others bigger than it. I didn’t have a chainsaw with me (what a mistake), so I had to turn around in a space with maybe 6” of room to work with. Fortunately for me, it appeared someone else had run into this situation before me as there were a few small trees that had been uprooted and thrown back that gave that extra 6” of wiggle room - I thought I was gonna get stuck similar to the situation you were in, but with no way to get myself out

the factory steel bumpers did surprisingly well at pushing both forward and backward against some small and medium sized trees

that being said, you got a new subscriber and I look forward to future content of yours! Happy trails, Steph!

Pfffft, eyes. The real problem is when you go through your knee, shin or hit the femoral because you weren't wearing chaps. You can go without an eye, only a few minutes after you hit da big artery in the leg. Not gotten close yet but that worries me more than the eye pro.

Miserable to move in especially when hot. Guy at work has a buddy that was cutting some downed trees up for firewood and got his leg bad. After that story I wear them most of the time. LOL

Never had that problem, always found them breezy. Wait, are you supposed to wear pants underneath?

If dry trails are hard to get through now, how hard will it be when covered with snow?
