The Maverick seems like the biggest waste of a truck ever. Why would you want smaller then the already small Ranger?

Many just do not understand history and only see things as they would want them.

Whatever your need of payload capacity is, means everyone else needs the same.

Really, this is all Ford should be selling, it will cover everyone's needs.

Those renders look great! I like the idea of a truck that small, but not sure I would ever actually pull the trigger on anything smaller than the current Ranger. I could maybe be tempted to get one as a commuter vehicle later on if it were body on frame. Just going to have to wait and see what they do with it.

Not everyone needs a truck large enough to haul all their insecurities but still needs a vehicle with a bed.

It's ashame too.

Same with 80s vintage sports bikes. They made some pretty badass low displacement 400cc screamers but with changes to modern motors and chassis we'll likely never see anything like those again and instead be stuck with these distilled lazy motors that just don't get you excited.


I get the reason for the architecture for these bikes as well as the maverick but miss the old way of doing things sometimes.
