Love the olive wrap color. Black would definitely look better but I don't think the grey would be all that bad especially since it is not shiny.
Any chance you can see one in person and make a change before your final build is locked in or are you pretty high on the build list? Surely the dealer can let you see one of the early builds that comes in unless you are one of the early ones.
