Missing part from soft top?

I have had horrible rattling and squeaks from my soft top and it's making me nuts. It's frustrating when the dealership says that it's normal for a soft top to make noises but this is well beyond that.

When I was installing the back panel/plastic I noticed that there is a rubber grommet that is missing on the soft top frame itself on the passenger side. Has anyone seen this before? I've added two pictures, one of each side. In the picture of the passenger side you can see two holes where the grommet 'should' be.
